Lake View Care Center is located near beautiful Flathead Lake and Swan River mountain range providing spectacular views for you and your loved ones. With our in-house pets, fish aquarium, and outside courtyards, we have created the perfect place for rest and rehabilitation. Lake View Care Center has 36 semi-private rooms and 7 private rooms for your convenience which all provide a view of the lake and forest.

Rehabilitation services at Lake View Care Center focus on assisting patients in becoming as independent and safe as they can be in their everyday functional activities. Lake View offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology to Care Center patients as well as outpatients.

Lake View Care Center staff is dedicated to quality care with respect, dignity and kindness.  It is our goal to make you and your loved ones as comfortable as possible during your time of need.
