River Ridge Assisted Living - Personal Services
To help you maintain your highest level of independence you can select a level of personal service which most closely meets your daily requirements. At a minimum, you must select Level One service. The level of services provided as support for your independence are as follows.
Level One
Directed towards the more self-reliant resident. This level includes:
24-hour Emergency AssistanceWellness MonitoringReminders & CompanionshipWeekly Homemaker Services Bed and Bath Linen Service, Personal Laundry Social and Activity ProgramsUnscheduled NeedsLevel Two
Includes all of Level One plus:
Medication AssistanceDiabetic & Insulin MonitoringOccasional Confusion ManagementSpecial Menu ManagementLevel Three
Includes all of Level Two plus:
Occasional Assistance with up to three Personal Requirements including:
bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, or dining.Personal Laundry, Incidental Incontinance Status Check Additional services and custom mixes of the above services can be arranged. Outside and third party services allowed under state regulations can be arranged on your behalf.
