Heritage Place, located by the Swan River Mountains, provides spectacular views for you and your loved ones. This and elegant and caring home environment is the perfect place for rest and rehabilitation. Heritage Place has 31 semi-private rooms, 6 private rooms, 5 premier rooms, 8 skilled care rooms, and 28 special care beds for your convenience.

Rehabilitation services at Heritage Place focus on assisting patients in becoming as independent and safe as they can be in their everyday functional activities. Heritage offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology to Care Center patients as well as outpatients.

Heritage Place staff is dedicated to quality care with respect, dignity and kindness. It is our goal to make you and your loved ones as comfortable as possible during your time of need.
