Falls City has 57 semi-private rooms, 8 private rooms, and 3 premier rooms for your convenience.
Rehabilitation services at Falls City Care Center focus on assisting patients in becoming as independent and safe as they can be in their everyday functional activities. Falls City offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Therapy to Care Center patients as well as outpatients.
