Crest View Care Center provides a caring home environment for your loved ones in a cozy hilltop setting. Crest View's facility offers a beautiful in-house aviary, creating an environment perfect for rehabilitation and rest. Crest View Care Center offers 35 semi-private rooms and 8 beds in the Alzheimer's unit.

Rehabilitation services at Crest View Care Center focus on assisting patients in becoming as independent and safe as they can be in their everyday functional activities. Crest View offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology to Care Center patients as well as outpatients.

Crest View Care Center staff is dedicated to quality care with respect, dignity and kindness.  It is our goal to make you and your loved ones as comfortable as possible during your time of need.
